The Firm was established by Raymond Mouracadé. Raymond worked for 17 years as in-house counsel at IBM, and held management and executive positions in the IBM Law department before establishing Jurisgulf, in Dubai, in 2000.

Raymond has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Austria, Russia and the Middle East. He holds a French Maîtrise en Droit from Lyon University, a Lebanese Law Degree from St. Joseph University and a Diploma in Shipping Law from University College London. He is admitted to the Beirut Bar. He is fluent in English, French, Italian and Arabic.
